Choose a skirt and size, then add it to your bag. Select “Enquire about my bag” to prepare an email to our team. We’ll confirm availability, the final price, delivery costs and timing before you decide to order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or take payment.
How do I find the right size?
Open a product to see its available size labels and fit notes. Size labels vary between suppliers and are not standard UK dress sizes. Where measurements are available, we include the supplier’s garment measurements. Ask us for help with fit before ordering.
Where will my skirt ship from?
Styles are sourced through third-party suppliers and may ship from overseas. Availability, shipping destinations, processing times and delivery charges vary by product. We’ll confirm the details for your destination before accepting an order. Items may arrive separately.
What if I need a return or an exchange?
Please contact support@brenvicks.shop with your order details and the item concerned. We’ll explain the applicable return process and address. Do not send items to the company address without return instructions. The terms that apply to your purchase will be supplied before payment; your statutory rights are unaffected.
